Senior Coffee Club with Dr. Joyce Garber In-Person

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Know When to Hold ‘Em, Know When to Fold ‘Em” –

Life Lessons with Dr. Joyce Garber at Liberty Public Library

The Liberty Public Library invites the community to a thought-provoking and uplifting talk titled “Know When to Hold 'Em, Know When to Fold 'Em” on Monday, June 3 at 10:30 am. This special event will be held at the library, located at 189 North Main Street, Liberty, NY, as part of its monthly Senior Coffee Club series.

Presented by retired psychotherapist Dr. Joyce Garber, this engaging discussion will explore one of life’s most important — and often difficult — questions: when should we hold on, and when is it time to let go? Drawing on decades of experience in mental health and personal wellness, Dr. Garber will share insights into making peace with change, letting go of what no longer serves us, and embracing the parts of life worth holding close.

The Liberty Public Library hosts a popular Senior Coffee Club gathering on the first Monday of every month from April to December providing seniors with the chance to enjoy coffee, conversation, and educational presentations in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

Check our Facebook page, or our website: www.libertypubliclibrary.org for more information about upcoming topics. This free event takes place in the lower level of the library and is open to all community members. For more details call the library at 845-292-6070 or stop by the circulation desk.
