Senior Swing! In-Person
Feel like you don't move enough during the week? Find exercise boring? Always want to try that dance program that rhymes with Roomba?
Come move to music with us . . . and have fun while doing it!
Movement will be appropriate for seniors. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers and get ready to dance . . . at your own speed!
