Holiday Swing! In-Person
Join us for a special edition of our popular move-to-music program: Holiday Swing! We'll be moving to holiday pop classics that will get our heartrate up and our muscles warm.
Movement will be appropriate for beginners, seniors, and anyone who enjoys having fun while exercising. Wear comfortable clothing* and sneakers, bring water, and get ready to dance . . . at your own speed!
* Wear something with a little holiday spirit and we'll share some holiday treats afterwards!
