Chair Yoga In-Person

Bring yourself into balance with chair yoga, an accessible class suitable for beginners, seniors, and anyone who prefers a gentle practice. Explore seated and standing poses to improve mobility, relieve tension, and reduce stiffness, all while using a chair for support. Instructor Rebecca DeRosa studied Accessible Yoga with Jivana Heyman at Integral Yoga, NYC and trained in multiple styles of yoga in Dharamsala, India.
