How to Get Your Garden Growing - & Other Green Thumb Questions! In-Person
It's almost time to safely put out seedlings here in Sullivan County. Local gardener Rose Dasch will give a 'show & tell' of how to successfully get your garden going and growing here in Sullivan County. Having grown up on a farm in PA and now a longtime gardener here in the Catskills, she'll cover prepping the soil for sowing and seedlings, best times to plant, crop rotation, pests, companion planting, and pollinators, along with many other things. She'll share some of her techniques for planting, weeding, and watering/fertilizing. And, best of all, you'll go home with a few seedlings to get started in your garden!
